About
We invite you to the 2 nd International Veterinary Medicine Students Conference, which will take place on April 24th at the Veterinary Academy of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) in Kaunas. This is a unique opportunity for young veterinary professionals to present their research, learn about the latest scientific, practical developments, establish valuable professional connections and commemorate an important year of our university! In 1936, the President of the Republic of Lithuania, Antanas Smetona, issued a law to establish and maintain the Lithuanian Veterinary Academy. During that period, the Veterinary Academy stood out as one of the most modern veterinary higher education institutions in the Baltic States. It was aligned with European higher education standards and emerged as a key center for veterinary science, creating new opportunities for advanced studies in Lithuania.
